3) Hemorrhoids

The symptoms of these may include swelling around the anus, a lump near the anus, bleeding, irritation in the anal region and pain. And the best way to prevent this from happening is to eat foods that can make your stools soft so that it won’t be hard to let out and won’t create a damage in you.
Eat more

5) Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)
The condition when the acid that backs up into your esophagus is called acid reflux. It is the feeling of burning pain in the middle of your chest.
It is common to experience acid reflux every once in a while, but if this often happens to you like twice a week and it gradually affects your daily life, then it might be a sign of GERD.

The prevention precaution for this to occur is the same with acid reflux. Avoid foods and beverages that triggers the acid to arise. There are also various of medication that you can buy over-the-counter or a medicine that is prescribed by your physician. In some cases, GERD is treated with strong medication such as surgery.
6) Gallstones
These are the small pear-shaped hard deposits that stores and form in your gallbladder. This is due to too much bad cholesterol and fatty acids that don’t properly come out of the body.
When these gallstones block the tracts to your gallbladder to the intestines, you will surely experience pain in your upper-right abdomen. This can also cause to damage some tissue inside that will result to bleeding.
Symptoms of having gallstones does not usually appear until it is already formed and inflamed. And when it occurs to your gallbladder, you will experience the following:
- Fever and shivering
- Severe nausea and vomiting
- Jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes)
- Clay colored stools or dark urine
