Mindfulness is the miracle which we must master within this lifetime. 

Through meditation, we can restore ourselves into a whole piece again. Dip within our soul is a peaceful scenery that we need to overcome in order to attain and experience its greatness. 
It is really difficult to master the technique of mindfulness. For it is the miracle which can call back in a flash, our isolated mind and restore it to wholeness so that we can cope up with the daily struggles of life. 
Focus, is easy to pronounce, but hard to execute. We often lose focus whenever we are in a difficult situation. 
What is then the miracle of mindfulness and the #1 technique to do it right?
Let me give you an example; Magician performing extreme tricks. Really hard, isn’t it? 
Because if you are unable to focus on your thoughts and idea, you cannot be absolutely in a flawless condition to be able to perform some magic tricks. 
Mindfulness is then hard to practice.
Mindfulness is a means and an end of life, it is the seed and the fruit of life and it is the sunrise and sunset of our inner self. 
Mindfulness becomes the seed whenever we try to practice building up a quality concentration, it is itself the life of consciousness, the presence of mindfulness means the presence of life, thus mindfulness in this state becomes the fruit, the end, and the sunset of our inner self. Mindfulness enables us to be free of forgetfulness and dispersal and would make it possible to live fully in each minute of life. It will then enables us to live fully.

You should then start learning on how to do a proper breathing. For in breathing, you tend to connect life to a state of consciousness. When you are in your right conscious, you can then connect your body to your thought perfectly. 
But, when your mind is scattered, full of positive and negative thoughts and wide-variety of life visions, you then need to use the #1 technique of being in a state of mindfulness. Use your proper breathing as the means to take hold of your mind again. 
Relax in a while, breathe in slowly and breathe out swiftly. 
Take away all your negativities in life. 
Surrender your problems to the universe. Focus on your inner self. Breathe smoothly as you throw away your negative issues in life.
